The planned locations of the residence and new <br /> septic system are depicted in Figure 2. No additional development is proposed for the <br /> property. <br /> 1.3. PARCEL VICINITY LOCATION MAP <br /> San Joaquin County Assessor's Map Book 85 Page 56 depicts the site parcel (APN 085- <br /> 560-070) in the northwestern portion of the page. The parcel is bordered to the north <br /> (085-300-610 and 085-300-570), west (085-290-040), south (085-560-020), and east <br /> (085-560-080) by single-family residential property. The southeast corner of the parcel is <br /> bordered by Carey Court. The parcel vicinity map and a satellite overview map are <br /> included in Appendix A. <br /> 1.4. SITE MAP <br /> A plan of the specific site features (i.e., structures, drives, wells, septic systems, large <br /> trees, pastures, etc.) is illustrated in Figure 2. <br /> 2.0. PRESENT AND PAST USAGE OF SITE <br /> The property is currently being used for residential purposes and has been since 2001. <br /> The current residential dwelling was erected on the property in 2001. Prior to residential <br /> development, the property may have been used for light agricultural purposes. The <br /> property is situated approximately 0.5-miles east of the city of Stockton in the north- <br /> central portion of San Joaquin County, California. <br /> 2.1 POTENTIAL SITE PROBLEM ASSESSMENT <br /> Water supply for the property is currently provided by the existing onsite domestic water <br /> well. The well is over 100 feet away from the existing septic system. The proposed septic <br /> system will be installed over 100 feet away from the onsite domestic water well and all <br /> surrounding water wells (Figure 2). The development of a residence and new septic <br /> system will not affect water being supplied to the property. <br /> 3.0. EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> The existing septic system includes a residential system located to the northwest of the <br /> existing residential structure (Figure 2). The septic system is permitted for a five-bedroom <br /> house and utilized 365 days a year by the existing five-bedroom house. The existing <br />
