FINDINGS FOR WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT CANCELLATION <br /> (PA-2000217 ) <br /> (California Government Code Section 51282) <br /> THE CANCELLATION IS CONSISTENT WITH PURPOSES OF THE WILLIAMSON <br /> ACT . <br /> 1 . The cancellation is for land on which a Notice of Nonrenewal has been served pursuant <br /> to Section 51245 of the Government Code . <br /> Finding: The Property has a Notice of Nonrenewal filed on <br /> 2022 . <br /> 2 . The cancellation is not likely to result in the removal of adjacent lands from agricultural <br /> use . <br /> Finding: The proposed cancellation for the roadway (1 . 57 acres) is <br /> only sized for the proposed 26 single family residential unit <br /> subdivision . There is no intention or plan to expand the <br /> cancellation request. . <br /> 3 . The cancellation is for an alternative use which is consistent with the applicable <br /> provisions of the County General Plan . <br /> Finding: The existing San Joaquin County General Plan designates <br /> the roadway parcel as Agricultural Urban Reserve (A/UR) . <br /> The proposed roadway will be consistent with the existing <br /> General Plan. <br /> 4 . The cancellation will not result in discontiguous pattern of urban development . <br /> Finding: The cancellation and proposed roadway use is consistent <br /> with the previously approved and built out adjacent project <br /> to the east. The cancellation of a small total of 1 . 57 acres <br /> of the existing contract will not result in a discontiguous <br /> pattern of urban development. <br /> 1 <br />
