PIRM <br /> o A General Plan Amendment to change the General Plan Designation of a 14 . 5 - acre portion of an approximately <br /> 79 -acre parcel from A/ UR ( Agriculture Urban Reserve ) to R/VL ( Very Low Density Residential ) . <br /> © A Zone Reclassification to change the zoning designation of the same 14 . 5 - acre portion of the approximately <br /> 79 -acre parcel from AU - 20 ( Agriculture Urban Reserve , 20 - acre minimum ) to R -VL ( Very Low Density Residential ) . <br /> o A Major Subdivision to divide the same 14 . 5 - acre portion of the approximately 79 - acre parcel into a maximum of <br /> 26 residential parcels , ranging in size from 17 , 000 square feet to 34 , 432 square feet and creation of a 20 -acre <br /> agricultural parcel and a 44 . 3 - acre agricultural parcel . The existing irrigation pump station on the proposed 2. 0 -acre <br /> parcel will remain . The proposed residential parcels will be served by Woodbridge Sanitary District for sewer , and <br /> San Joaquin County for water and stormwater drainage services . WA- 71 - C1 - 0332 to be utilized for the southern access road connecting the proposed residential subdivision Ct <br /> to Woodbridge Road , The Cancellation incudes only the contracted portion of APN : 015 - 020 -2- 6 that will be <br /> impacted by development of the roadway . <br />
