TRANS-1: The project applicant shall meet with the County Engineer and the <br /> County Community Development Director, along with a <br /> representative of the Stockton Unified School District, to evaluate <br /> the need for crosswalks and associated signage and other alerting <br /> devices in the vicinity of the project site. Should it be determined <br /> that such additional facilities would be necessary, they shall be <br /> made a condition of approval for the project, and the project <br /> applicant shall pay fair-share costs for the installation of these <br /> facilities. The County shall determine fair-share costs. <br /> Significance After Miti ag tion: Less than significant <br /> d) Emergency Access. <br /> The 2706 Pock Lane site and both sections of the 3009 Pock Lane site would have at <br /> least two points of access for emergency vehicles.
