TRANS-1: The project applicant shall meet with the County Engineer and the County Community Development Director, along with a representative of the Stockton Unified School District, to evaluate the need for crosswalks and associated signage and other alerting devices in the vicinity of the project site. Should it be determined that such additional facilities would be necessary, they shall be made a condition of approval for the project, and the project applicant shall pay fair-share costs for the installation of these facilities. The 2706 Pock Lane site and both sections of the 3009 Pock Lane site would have at least two points of access for emergency vehicles. Mitigation Measure HAZ-1 would address potential obstructions to emergency vehicles during project construction, after which there would be no impediments to emergency access.
