(CTE) proposal dated January <br />25, 2021, CTE has completed a geotechnical investigation at the above referenced project site. The <br />attached report contains the results of our subsurface investigation, laboratory testing program, <br />and engineering evaluation of the geotechnical and geological elements of the project site. <br />Specifically, the report provides geotechnical engineering design parameters and construction <br />recommendations for the design and development of the proposed project structures and site <br />improvements. <br />Based on CTE's subsurface investigations, site materials testing, and our geotechnical and <br />engineering evaluation, the project is considered feasible from a geotechnical standpoint provided <br />the recommendations contained in the attached report are incorporated into the project design and <br />construction. If you have any questions regarding our findings or recommendations, please do not <br />hesitate to contact this office.
