<br /> Thoroughly clean and sanitize these pieces of equipment.
<br /> Observed raw wood shelves that have food accumulation in walk-in refrigerator. Seal/paint/clean.
<br /> Provide so that shelves are smooth, cleanable and nonabsorbent.
