Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #1 Demonstration of Knowledge <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Food Manager card and fod handler cards are lacking. <br /> One employee shall have a valid food manager card that expires in 5 years of passing the exam. <br /> Provide food manager card within 2 weeks. <br /> All other employees are to have food handler cards. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food employees shall have adequate knowledge of and be trained in food safety as it relates to their <br /> assigned duties. (pump style soap is provided temporarily) <br /> Provide soap in a permanent dispenser. <br /> Observed bar soap at restroom hand sink. Discontinue this practice. Provide soap in a permanent dispenser. <br /> No paper towels observed at hand sink in restroom.
