The screws <br /> on the expansion joint shall be 3/8" in length. <br /> PART 3 EXECUTION <br /> Contractor shall comply with the work/health and safety plan for this project <br /> also. <br /> 3.01 PERMITS <br /> Permits to drill and install landfill gas extraction wells will be obtained by the <br /> County from San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> 3.02 INSPECTION <br /> A. All work requiring inspections shall be in the presence of EHD inspector <br /> unless otherwise authorized in writing by EHD. The Contractor shall, at all <br /> times, allow inspection by EHD inspectors to verify that construction is <br /> according to the plans and specification. <br /> B. Work requiring inspections include: <br /> 1. Placement of neat cement in the well bore hole for all wells. <br /> 2. Soil backfill in the well bore hole for the first dual LFG extraction well <br /> to be constructed. Contractor shall follow the same procedure <br /> approved by EHD inspector for soil backfill in other well bore holes <br /> and not necessarily in the presence of EHD inspector. <br /> 3.
