Building Department Records The City of Stockton Community Development Department Building Division was unable to locate any records related to the subject property. 3.1.1.6. Assessor's Records A review of San Joaquin County Assessor's records was requested, but was not made available within the time frame of this Phase I investigation. 3.1.1.7. Previous Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments No previous Phase I or II Environmental Site Assessments were provided to AGI by the user and/or property owner during the course of this Phase I. 3.1.2. Historical Use Information on Adjoining Properties Historical uses of immediately adjoining properties are summarized below. North Agricultural and residential. South Agricultural and residential. East Agricultural and residential until the early 1980's, then commercial and industrial. West Agricultural and residential. Historical uses of adjoining properties do not appear to be of environmental concern to the subject property.
