ADDITIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL AGENCY RECORD SOURCES <br />In addition to the EDR computer search of federal, state and regional regulatory <br />agency databases, AGI contacted appropriate regulatory agencies to review records <br />regarding the property and surrounding sites identified as having recognized <br />environmental conditions that have the potential to impact the subject property based <br />on ground water flow direction, distance from the subject property and nature of the <br />releases causing the environmental condition. <br />Additional agency searches include the following: <br />• San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) and the <br />Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (Regional Board) maintain <br />records of industrial violations for this area and are the lead agencies for the <br />enforcement of the State Underground Storage Tank and Hazardous Waste Laws <br />for San Joaquin County. AGI requested to review any files that were available. <br />• The Regional Board also maintains and online computer database, GeoTracker, <br />that provides listings of closed and active sites related to unauthorized releases <br />of hydrocarbons as well as solvents, metals, and other materials. For listed sites, <br />online reports are commonly available. AGI reviewed the GeoTracker database <br />for information that may be available for the subject property or surrounding sites. <br />The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) is the State of <br />California agency responsible for oversight of hazardous waste regulations, <br />cleanup of existing contamination, pollution prevention and reduction in <br />hazardous waste and toxic materials and identification of potential new pollutants. <br />The DTSC maintains the EnviroStor Data Management System (ENVIROSTOR) <br />which allows for the search for information on investigation, cleanup, permitting <br />and/or corrective actions that are planned, being conducted or have been <br />completed under DTSC oversight. AGI reviewed the ENVIROSTOR database for <br />any information that may be available. <br />• The United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) provides an online <br />computer database, ENVIROFACTS, providing lists of sites listed on multiple <br />USEPA databases. AGI reviewed the ENVIROFACTS database for any <br />information that may be available. <br />• The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD) oversees <br />permitting and regulates air quality related issues for the area of the subject <br />property. . <br />• City of Stockton Fire Department Name is the emergency responder for the <br />Stockton, and issues hazardous materials permits. The City of Stockton Fire <br />Department was contacted by AGI to determine if they had any permit, inspection <br />and/or violation records for the subject property. <br />• The Geologic Energy Management Division's (CaIGEM) online mapping <br />application presents California's oil and gas industry information from the <br />
