Four 55 gallon steel drums of <br />used oil filters were observed in the hazardous waste storage area <br />with no accumulation start date. Two of the drums were observed with <br />unsealed lids. A disposal records for used oil filters was observed on <br />site with a date of November 9, 2015. Used oil filters shall be <br />drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, <br />labeled as G drained used oil filters,G and marked with an <br />accumulation start date.
