The eyewash station in the shop <br />was observed with two garbage cans stored below it, partially blocking <br />access. The water pressure in the eyewash was not sufficient to allow <br />the water to rinse both eyes at the same time; the water sprayed out <br />less than an inch from the spouts. All facility communications or <br />alarm systems, fire protection equipment, spill control equipment, and <br />decontamination equipment, where required, shall be tested and <br />maintained as necessary to assure its proper operation in time of <br />emergency.
