Any handling of a <br />previously undisclosed hazardous materials at or above reportable <br />quantities. A change of business address, business ownership, or <br />business name. A substantial change in the handler's operations that <br />requires modification to any portion of the business plan. <br />Violation Notes: <br />During the inspection, two 55 gallon drums of antifreeze, one 120 <br />gallon tank of used antifreeze, and three 275 gallon totes of diesel <br />exhaust fluid were found and the updated information has not been <br />reported. Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall <br />electronically update the information submitted to the California <br />Environmental Reporting System (CERS): - A 100 percent or more <br />increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. - Any <br />handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials - A change of <br />business address, business ownership, or business name.
