During the site walk through the <br />following was observed: (One) 55 -gallon black metal drum of paper <br />filters labeled with a hazardous waste label did not have any of the <br />following information completed: - name and address of generator - <br />hazardous properties - physical state - composition (contents) - <br />accumulation start date (Eight) 55 -gallon black metal drums of used <br />oil filters did not have a hazardous waste label.
