The report was amended by the EHD because disposal <br />record of paper and metal filters are disposed of on a uniform <br />manifest. Violation 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used <br />oil and fuel filters was removed and replaced with the correct <br />violations. The amended report replaces the initial report. Complete <br />and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to <br />the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have <br />been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by November 22, 2019.
