The missing receipts include: used anti -freeze <br />consolidated manifests dated 1/1/2019-6/30/2019 were unavailable for <br />review during the inspection. Used oil consolidated manifests from <br />March and June of 2019 were unavailable for review during the <br />inspection. REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each <br />consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years.
