OBSERVATION: The facility has a <br />hazardous waste tank but does not have three years of complete daily <br />tank inspection records. Daily tank inspection logs were not available <br />for review for the 275 gallon used anti -freeze tank and the 1,000 <br />gallon used oil tank. Facility became a large generator of hazardous <br />waste in 2019.
