#41 Plumbing Maintained; Approved Back Flow Device OBSERVATIONS: a.) The hand sink faucet in one of the men's restrooms is missing. Replace the faucet/fixture today (the water can be turned on by moving the "stem," but it is not user friendly). b.) The drain pipe at the bar 4 comp sink is leaking (in between the 2nd and 3rd compartments). Repair the leak ASAP. Employee on site is aware of the men's restroom faucet handle being broken off and states that there was a clog in the floor sink under the bar 4 comp sink but it has been repaired (not clogged this date / free flowing). Upon inspection this date, no live or dead cockroaches were observed (photos received from complainant are of dying American cockroaches in the customer area around the juke box, dart boards and pool tables).
