Unit has not been used in over 1 year due to pandemic. Before dishwasher is used it shall be either serviced by <br /> a tech or a new container shall replace old one, so that level is 50 ppm or higher. Meanwhile manually sanitize with 100 ppm <br /> chlorine for 30 seconds at ware washing sink. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized.
