On 24 May 2005, an on-site
meeting was conducted at the request of the California Regional Water Quality Control Board -
Central Valley Region(CVRWQCB)and parties present represented the CVRWQCB,San Joaquin
County Environmental Health Department(EHD)and the responsible party. The addendum has been
prepared based on the meeting conducted, to define the dissolved hydrocarbons at the site and
represents the final monitoring version of the well installation work plan to satisfy the California
Regional Water Quality Control Board-Central Valley Region(CVRWQCB)letter dated 29 April
2005.
AGE proposes to install multiple, single completion wells at each proposed monitoring point, as
warranted and should not duplicate existing well monitoring points. The proposed screen-interval
depths, based on interpretation of lithologic/analytical data collected during the site assessment. The
single completion ground water monitoring well are depicted on the attached Figure 2 and are
described here within:
• A ground water data deficiency at monitoring well MW-2:screened between 90 and 100 feet
bsg to assess hydrologic unit three, were these levels have not been previously monitored
and are anticipated to be contaminated by hydrocarbons;screened between 145 and 150 feet
bsg to assess hydrologic unit six.
• A ground water data deficiency at boring CPT8: screened between 90 and 100 feet bsg to
assess hydrologic unit three and screened between 145 and 150 feet bsg to assess hydrologic
unit six.
837 Shaw Road,Stockton,California 95215
Telephone(209)467-1006 Fax(209)467-1118
