Calone, Inc. for Union Safe Deposit Bank, Advanced <br />GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared the enclosed Preliminary Site Investigation Report for the <br />above -referenced site. This report presents the methodology and findings of the site investigation activities <br />conducted on 01 and 02 June 1999. Results of the Preliminary Site Investigation suggest that a release of <br />petroleum hydrocarbon compounds has likely occurred from one of the active hydraulic lifts located at the <br />site. <br />Pursuant to the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services - Environmental Health <br />Division (PHS-EHD) well/boring permit obtained for the investigation, a copy of this report is required to <br />be submitted to the PHS-EHD.
