A water heater with a minimum of 4 gallons is required [CRFC §114325 (b)]. <br /> 2. Refrigerator units must be mechanical unit that uses a compressor, flame, or thermoelectric <br /> device, and includes a mechanical thermostatic control that regulates refrigerated blown air into <br /> an enclosed food storage area [CRFC §113886]. <br /> 3. Compressor units that are not an integral part of food equipment, auxiliary engines, <br /> generators, and similar equipment, must be installed in an area completely separated from food <br /> preparation and food storage while accessible from outside [CRFC §114322]. <br /> 4. Potable and wastewater tanks must be sloped to an outlet that ensures complete drainage. <br /> [CRFC §1141991. <br /> 5. Potable water tanks must have an air vent overflow that prevents flooding of interior of MFPU. <br /> Vent must be terminate in a downward direction and covered with 16 mesh /inch screen. <br /> [CRFC §114213]. <br /> 6.
