THEY WERE NOT WEARING MASKS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to employee who was aware of this complaint. She stated that at time of incident she was counting the earnings from <br /> the register and had removed her mask. She was about to leave and was waiting for an employee to relieve her shift. She had <br /> removed her mask and as she saw customers come in, she washed her hands(customer did not see her)in order to start <br /> helping customers.As the customer approached her she started to argue that a mask was required for the subway employee <br /> and that she did not washed her hands. She kept on arguing and left the facility.They later saw that customer posted incident <br /> on line. <br /> Observations: Employee was wearing mask when I walked into facility.
