Operator showed me the most recent invoices <br />of pest control services conducted on 06/15/21 and on 07/06/21. <br />Operator provided a cleanable, non absorbent prep surface by the cook line instead of the old woody board. <br />Hood filter, exterior surface of fryer and adjacent cooking equipment, are clean with no grease accumulation. <br />Floor and hard to reach corners, at the cook line, underneath the cooking equipments, underneath back 3 comp sink and prep <br />sink, underneath the back storage shelves, are clean. <br />Major violations are corrected. <br />No more re inspection is required at this time. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
