Implementation and enforcement plan; and <br />Responsibility and stakeholders' involvement. <br />If excavation is proposed in the RAP, the RAP will include, at a minimum, a soil <br />management plan, liquid management plan, description of field soil screening, sample <br />confirmation protocol for excavation sidewalls and groundwater, and site security measures and <br />safety protocol, and reporting. Upon approval of the RAP, the regulatory agency will provide, in <br />writing, acknowledgement that upon completion of the RAP, the immunity provided by Health <br />and Safety Code section 33459.3 will apply to the Agency. <br />Interaction with the regulatory agencies will occur for the following activities and/or project <br />milestones: <br />Permit application processing/issuance; <br />Prior to initiation of site activities (notifications); <br />Progress reporting (not formal report submittals); and <br />Review of site conditions / PCOCS and COCs. <br />Reporting will occur at the major milestones of the project including but not limited to: <br />Work Plan submittals; <br />Formal report of findings submittals; and <br />Written progress report submittals (if required by the lead agency). <br />Historic recent groundwater monitoring data for this Site are in the process of being uploaded <br />into Geotracker. Data from the work described in the Revised Work Plan will also be <br />incorporated into Geotracker. The Geotracker number for this Site is SL0607727524. <br />5 SCHEDULE <br />The anticipated schedule for implementation of the above-described activities includes: <br />Work Plan submittal and approval by the Regional Board; <br />Mobilization; <br />Implementation of the French drain alignment survey; <br />Implementation of soil gas survey; <br />Implementation of soil borehole sampling and Hydropunch groundwater sampling; <br />Golden State Environmental, Inc. - 27 - Los Angeles, San Diego and Houston <br />Revised Work Plan — Soil and GW Characterization July 2006
