Site Assessment Work Plan — August 2018 <br />THE TRANSMISSIN STORE <br />515 West Charter Way, Stockton, California <br />1.0. INTRODUCTION <br />Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared this Site Assessment Work Plan <br />for 515 West Charter Way, Stockton, California (site). A site location map is included as <br />Figure 1. On-site monitoring wells, soil borings, UST locations are illustrated in Figure 2. <br />Based on email correspondence with the RWQCB between 27 June to 31 July 2018 <br />(Appendix A), collection and analysis of 5-foot and 10-foot soil samples is being required <br />by the RWQCB to compare with the criteria established in the State Water Resources <br />Control Board's Low Threat Closure Policy (LTCP). <br />This work plan has been prepared in accordance with guidelines established by RWQCB <br />for the subsurface investigation of UST sites. This work plan details procedures for the <br />advancement of one shallow soil boring at the site to assess hydrocarbon concentrations <br />to depths of 10 feet below surface grade (bsg). <br />2.0. SCOPE OF WORK <br />The scope of work includes the drilling of one (1) on-site shallow soil boring. The proposed <br />shallow on-site soil boring will be used to compare to the criteria established in the LTCP. <br />The scope of work will include the following tasks: <br />Permitting and pre-field work activities; <br />Drilling and soil boring advancement; <br />Soil sample collection; and <br />Preparation of a report of findings. <br />3.0. PROCEDURES <br />3.1. PERMITTING AND PRE-FIELD WORK ACTIVITIES <br />The following procedures will be performed prior to any digging/drilling activities: <br />Mark the boring locations and contact Underground Service Alert for subsurface <br />utility demarcation. <br />Prepare a Site Health and Safety Plan in accordance with the Occupational Safety <br />and Health Guidance Manual for Hazardous Waste Site Activities - Prepared by
