AGE-NC Project No. 99-0559 <br />Page 14 of 14 <br />SOIL VAPOR EXTRACTION RESULTS <br />Since December 2006 SVE unit has operated for a combined 22,700 hours (Table 3). <br />Previous SVE analytical data is depicted in historical Table 4. The SVE operation <br />performance is depicted in historical Table 5. <br />SOIL-VAPOR EXTRACTION MASS REMOVAL CALCULATIONS <br />The hydrocarbon mass (TPH-g) removed during the operating period was calculated using <br />the following equation: M=C•Q•t <br />where: M = cumulative mass recovered (kg) <br />C = soil-vapor concentration (kg/m3 ) <br />Q = extraction flow rate (m3 /hr) <br />t = operational period, in hours <br />The mass of hydrocarbons removed was based on analysis of the soil vapor samples and <br />operational data. The following summarizes the total hydrocarbon mass destroyed: Total <br />(12/06 - 2010) - 33,325 lbs/5,332 gallons. <br />Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc.
