Thank you for your cooperation throughout this <br />operation. <br />Release Location: <br />Release APN: <br />Release Description: <br />Remedial Action Taken: <br />3931-4001 N. Wilson Way, Stockton, CA 95205 <br />13202008 <br />Diesel and motor oil impacted soil <br />Excavation and removal of impacted soil in an area approximately 7 feet <br />by 50 feet to a depth of approximately 2 feet. <br />Based on information in the above-referenced file and with the provision that the information provided <br />to this agency was accurate and representative of site conditions, this agency finds that the site <br />investigation and corrective action carried out at your site is in compliance with the requirements of <br />the California Health and Safety Code, Section 101480, and certifies that the cleanup goals embodied <br />in the remedial action agreement were accomplished, therefore, no further action related to the <br />petroleum release(s) at the site is required.
