Windmill Cove Rd., Stockton <br />Mr. Smith, <br />As the attorney for Mr. Beryl Garcia, the property owner of 8503 W Windmill Cove Rd., could you please provide a <br />current mailing address for him? <br />I issued a Notice to Abate to Mr. Garcia, owner, and Mr. David Parker, operator of the property. I attempted to mail the <br />Notice to Abate to Mr. Garcia but it came back as undeliverable. Since Mr. Parker stated that these containers don't <br />belong to him, the property owner is ultimately responsible for the proper disposal of them.
