I am deposing LPS and Neil regarding these and other lies and will gladly cover any questions you have during that deposition. #204, 206, 213.....Neil had the asbestos tested and was told not to handle the asbestos to have it removed by a licensed remediator. Neil then loaded the asbestos in Tim Boekelmans white open bed pickup truck and hauled to what he called a licensed dump site in Sacramento SUMMMARY OF VIOLATIONS.... PAGE 5 OF 5 Neil's statement that the totes belong to David Parker is a direct lie (see attached invoice below) from June of 2011 over 1 year ago when I sold 25 of the containers to Boekelman along with rental of a closed container to store them in. Neil came to Sacramento and picked up the containers and drove them on his truck to Stockton. SECOND TO LAST PARAGRAPH ON PAGE 5 OF 5. This lie is easy... .1 was there when Mr von Flue told Neil to.....dig up oil spots and he did not care if he had to dig to China! Neil submitted old soil remediation invoices to prove that he cleaned those spots another con game... they can not help themselves. The photos attached above are from today at 1030am with my camera the oil spots that Mr von Flue pointed to are still there... .even though Neil presented statements that he cleaned them. My attorney has for weeks offered LPS's attorney.....controlled access to LPS Boekelmans salvage company with proper insurance... .access to the property to salvage the two barges he sank........LPS Boekelman still refuses to respond to my attorneys request. He will not salvage them and will not release the vessel to me to salvage.
