And is regarding the 14/300
gallon oil totes on the dock site of the said address. This document is written by myself Neil ward ceo of global 7 oceanic LLC.
And is my honest recollection as to the what's and the where of these totes.
In February of 2011 Mr. David Parker and Mr. Don Whitmore started a company called G7G environmental. There first and only
job together was scrapping the oil barge called barge 51. I Neil Ward ran that job as site supervisor.
On barge Slat the time of my first site visit, was 6 oil totes on its deck full of bunker oil already pumped out of the barge.
We started the scrapping of barge 51 on Feb 18 2011. I craned these frill totes to the Holt dock to be taken away by an oil recovery
service not yet hired. With more oil on board the barge 51 before cutting could commence.
On march 24 2011 Mr. Parker advised me of 8 more empty but previously used oil totes that belong to him that we could go pick
up at his work dock in west Sacramento, to be filled from barge 51. I rented a trailer and towed these totes to Holt dock that day.
These 14 oil totes full of oil were pumped out by Fremouw waste disposal services.
The 10 empty remaining oil totes on site are the property of Mr. Parker or G7G Environmental.
The 4 remaining oil totes are full of years of bunker oil sludge shoveled out of barge 51 on May 27 2011.
We had 2 environmental waste companies try to suck out the 4 totes to no avail (to thick).
The barge 51 project was finished June 22 2011.
To my knowledge Mr. Parker owned barge 51, which makes him the owner of the oil taken out of it.
Since the end of June 20111 started working for global 7 oceanic and their shareholders, and have paid rent to Mr. Parker for the
use of the Holt dock.
Hope this will assist you
Neil Ward CEO
Global 7 oceanic
RECEIVED
SEP 0 7 2012
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
PERMIT/SERVICES
