4.), PACIFIC ECORISK <br />ENVIRONMENTAL coNsuLTING & TESTING <br />Donna Keller July 11,2012 <br />GeoAnalytical Laboratories, Inc. <br />2300 Maryann Drive <br />Turlock, CA 95380 <br />Donna, <br />I have enclosed our report "A Title 22 'Hazardous Waste' Toxicity Evaluation of a Waste <br />Sample" for the sample designated "Tote" that was collected on June 28,2012 and delivered to <br />our laboratory on June 29. <br />The results of this toxicity test indicate that the waste sample "Tote" was not acutely toxic to <br />fathead minnows at the test treatment levels.
