Pacific EcoRisk Environmental Consulting & Testing
4. SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS
The results of this toxicity test indicate that the waste sample "Tote" was not acutely toxic to
fathead minnows at the test treatment levels. The LCso of this sample was >750 mg/L, which is
greater than the Title 22 "Hazardous Waste" classification threshold of 500 mg/L, and therefore,
the sample should not be considered a hazardous waste with respect to fish toxicity.
4.1 QA/QC Summary
Test Conditions — All test conditions were within acceptable limits for this test. All analyses
were performed according to laboratory Standard Operating Procedures. The client waived the
pre-test holding period for the fish.
Negative Control — The biological responses at the Lab Control treatment were within
acceptable limits.
Concentration-Response Relationship — The concentration-response relationship for this test
was evaluated as per EPA guidelines (EPA-82I-B-00-004), and was determined to be acceptable.

rd> Page 3

6/13
