Global 7 Oceanic LLC <br />Control policies and procedures & Operations and maintenance plan. <br />Site Shop Rate: $70.00 per hour. Administrative services rate: 110.00 per hour. <br />Assessment of project: Per Contract. <br />1.) G70 retains an onsite the full composition guidelines of the 2011 California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA) and the California Department of Toxic Substances Control <br />One on-site employee must have basic knowledge of the (CEQA) manual policies and <br />practices <br />One hour every two weeks all site employees will participate in basic environmental <br />study of the CEQA related to the Delta Water way in San Joaquin county. <br />Lead Site foreman will invite and introduce location and business activities to the <br />following agencies and companies as consultants of full understanding of the (CEQA). <br />Universal Service Recycling Inc. <br />Port of West Sacramento West Sacramento California <br />Fremouw Environmental Services <br />Stockton Historical Maritime Museum <br />Republic Services. le Allied Waste Management. <br />Department of Fish and Game <br />Local waterway and ground Sheriff Authority <br />Retain and establish as needed Coast Guard relationship. <br />Retain 911 emergency site numbers and direct local emergency numbers on <br />site. <br />2.) Daily Operating Procedures: <br />All independent agents/subcontractors/viable on-site bodies must sign a Injury Waiver <br />Form and provide all independent state documentation when related to sub-contracting <br />and or contract services. <br />All must remain in assigned area during daily activities. <br />All activities (Summer) start at 6:am and end at 2:30pm with two 10 minutes breaks and <br />30 minutes lunch and free time break. (Winter): 9:am to 5:30 pm. <br />All assigned activities related to code of conduct and professional attire in association <br />with duties preformed. <br />No un-authorized persons are to tour, visit or deliver goods and services with-out pre- <br />scheduled appointment via phone, email, fax or other reasonable communications with <br />senior on-site lead. <br />No un-authorized personal is to step outside their assigned roles. <br />All activities preformed will be related to training and exercise in the top performances <br />related to the activities as directed on the registered California Business License. <br />Personal calls and Internet usages is not allowed during activities. <br />All agents as described in line, (a) will go through basic tour of entire facilities <br />understanding the boundaries. <br />Post On Site
