Neil Ward TELEPHONE #: (209) 271-5736 <br />TYPE OF INSPECTION: LI COMPLAINT LI CONSULTATION X OTHER PROGRAM 2961 ELEMENT: <br />RECORD R00002054 ID#: <br />NATURE OF COMPLAINT/CONSULTATION: <br />Inspections were conducted 6/28/12, 8/1/12, and 8/31/12. A Notice to Abate was issued for each <br />inspection. A Hazardous Waste Program Inspection Report was also issued for 8/31/12. The issues <br />noted in these reports have not been completely corrected. <br />A site visit was conducted today (3/25/14) to check on the status of the site clean up. <br />OBSERVATIONS/COMMENTS: <br />No changes were observed. <br />Nine totes of liquid were observed on site. According to a statement received from Mr. David Parker <br />on 10/22/12, these totes were all labeled with hazardous waste stickers; however, no labels were <br />observed on the totes. <br />Dark staining was observed on the ground near the totes and in various other locations on the <br />property. <br />All EPA ID numbers issued for this site are currently inactive. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: <br />Immediately obtain an EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste. Immediately remove all stained <br />soil and manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations.
