Corrective Action Plan Former OCAMPO PROPERTY 821 South Wilson Way, Stockton, California 1.0. INTRODUCTION Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared the enclosed Corrective Action Plan (CAP) for the property located at 821 South Wilson Way, Stockton, California (site). The purpose of this CAP is to evaluate the feasibility of remedial action alternatives for the remaining hydrocarbon-impacted soil and groundwater at the site. Included in the CAP is a summary of site investigation activities that: 1) identifies the type and source(s) of contamination; 2) determines the extent of the contamination; 3) identifies the dominant fate and transport characteristics and potential exposure pathways at the site. Additionally, the CAP includes a Final Remediation Plan that details operation and maintenance of the on-site soil vapor extraction system (SVE) and installation of an in-situ air sparging (IAS) system, including the installation of two air sparging wells and one additional soil vapor extraction well. The location of the site is illustrated in Figure 1 and a plan of the site is illustrated in Figure 2. This report has been prepared in accordance with guidelines issued by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board - Central Valley Region (RWQCB) and as directed in the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) Letter dated, 10 September 2012 (Appendix A). 2.0. BACKGROUND The site is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of East Taylor Street and South Wilson Way Frontage Road, in the south central portion of the City of Stockton, San Joaquin County, California; it is situated in an area of mixed commercial, light industrial and residential use. The site is currently occupied by an automobile service establishment. The site is further located in the northwest quarter of Section 32, Township 1 North, Range 6 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian (Stockton West Quadrangle, 7.5-Minute USGS Topographic Series, 1968, photo revised 1987). The site is located in a topographically flat area of Stockton, at an elevation between 15 and 20 feet above mean sea level (Figure 1). The majority of the property is either asphalt or cement surfaced, and is enclosed by a chain-link fence. 2.1. PETROLEUM SOURCES It is AGE's understanding that on 18 December 1985, a single, steel 550-gallon underground storage tank (UST) was removed from the site by Kleinfelder & Associates. A soil sample (P-1) collected from beneath the UST, after removal, indicated high concentrations of lead were present (Table 1). Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc.
