"Corrective Maintenance" Any maintenance function performed to preserve, <br />maintain, or protect the equipment and plant and to correct minor repair items. <br />Corrective maintenance includes, but is not limited to, sprinkler and riser repairs <br />(not purchased replacement), electrical corrosive cleaning and repair of minor <br />electrical problems or any maintenance function, which utilizes consumable <br />supplies. <br />"Corrective Repairs" Any non-preventative maintenance which for any one event <br />costs less than two thousand dollars ($2,000) and not classified as corrective <br />maintenance. Repairs or damages caused by Force Majeure (as hereinafter <br />defined) are excluded. A description of common "Corrective Repairs" to be <br />performed under this repair category is listed on ATTACHMENT "B" which is <br />made a part of this Agreement. The description listed on ATTACHMENT "C" are <br />examples of the types of repairs that are required to properly maintain the <br />FACILITY and by no means should other non described Corrective Repairs that <br />would promote proper operation and maintenance of the FACILITY be excluded. <br />"Capital Maintenance, Repairs" Any non-preventative maintenance which costs <br />greater than two thousand dollars ($2,000) for any one event or which is caused <br />by Force Majeure (as hereafter defined). A description of common "Capital <br />Maintenance Repairs" to be performed under this repair category is listed on <br />ATTACHMENT "B" which is made a part of this Agreement. The description <br />listed on ATTACHMENT "B" are examples of the types of repairs that are <br />required to properly maintain the facility and by no means should other non <br />described Corrective Repairs that would promote proper operation and <br />maintenance of the FACILITY be excluded. <br />"Engineering/Technical Services" Any Engineering/Technical Services requested <br />by the City Director of Public works that would promote proper operation and <br />maintenance of the FACILITY. A description of typical service projects to be <br />performed under this work category is listed on ATTACHMENT "B" which is <br />made a part of this Agreement. The descriptions listed on ATTACHMENT "B" <br />are examples of the types of projects that Engineering/Technical Services will be <br />performed, and by no means should other non described projects that would <br />promote proper operation and maintenance of the FACILITY be excluded. <br />To the limits provided below, the annual cost for Corrective Repairs and Capital <br />Maintenance Repairs to be performed by 7-H are categorized as follows; <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant $ per year <br />Sewer Collection System $ per year <br />Engineering/Technical Services $ per year <br />The amount that will be charged to these funds shall include the cost of <br />engineering, drawings, installation labor, materials, supplies and sub-contractors, <br />7-H Technical Services Group Contract for Operation and Maintenance Services Page 4 of 12
