McCafferty, REA <br />Subject: Visual inspection of CFN Cardlock Fuels Facility, 2211 North Wilson Way, <br />Stockton, California for potential diesel contamination. <br />Attachments: Attachment 1 — Photo Log <br />Drawings: Cardlock Facility Plan View <br />Background <br />On September 16,1997, Amherst was contacted by RCP (River City Petroleum) <br />regarding the Cardlock Facility located at 2211 North Wilson Way, Stockton, California. <br />According to RCP, during a recent small spill cleanup, the adjacent building tenant <br />contacted the local Health Department, thereby prompting an inspection.
