Gall Trucking Company <br />and the Johns Manville Company. <br />Please describe any past or current contractual <br />arrangement between C. G. Gall Trucking Company <br />and the former or current owner of the Equinoa <br />Property. <br />Did C. G. Gall Trucking Company transport and/or dispose of <br />asbestos waste to or at any other site? If so, please <br />provide the locations and dates of the transport or dis- <br />posal. <br />Please provide any information or knowledge you <br />or your employees may have concerning the disposal of <br />asbestos-bearing wastes at the Equinoa Property. <br />Please provide copies of all documents related to asbestos <br />disposal practices, including but not limited to: invoices, <br />contracts, accounts receivable, trip tickets, weight cer- <br />tificates. <br />Provide the names of: a) the persons who prepared the <br />responses to each of the above questions and, b) the <br />persons who provided information for the preparation of <br />the responses to the above questions. <br />Your response to this request for information must be sent <br />to EPA at the above address within fifteen (15) calendar days of <br />your receipt of this letter. Under Section 104(e)(5) of CERCLA <br />as amended, 42 U.S.C. 9604(e)(5), failure to comply with this re- <br />quest may result in an Order requiring compliance or a civil ac- <br />tion for appropriate relief, including penalties. Failure to <br />comply with this request may also result in a civil enforcement <br />action against you by EPA. <br />EPA regulations governing confidentiality of business infor- <br />mation are set forth in Part 2, Subpart B of Title 40 of the Code <br />of Federal Regulations. For any portion of the information sub- <br />mitted which is entitled to confidential treatment, a confiden- <br />tiality claim may be asserted in accordance with 40 C.F.R. Sec- <br />tion 2.203.
