Equinoa
Dear Mr. Gibson:
After our meeting on September 3rd, I discussed this matter with
Lorna Dobrovolny of the Department of Health Services and Mike
Ciccone of Cal Trans. According to Mr. Ciccone, only 50 square
yards of free fill material would be available on a sporadic
basis. This is no where near enough to cover the 2 acre site
with 1 foot of material.
It would appear that Mr. Equinoa will have to obtain the material
from other sources. I will extend the September 4th deadline to
September 25th to facilitate resolution of the matter.
If you have any questions, please Call.
Sincerely,
JOHN D.
