Box 2009 <br />Stockton, CA 95201 <br />Dear Mr. Hall: <br />AUTHORIZATION TO ACT ON BEHALF OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH <br />SERVICE <br />Your staff has brought to our attention a surface deposits <br />of asbestos covering approximately two to three acres and <br />located at 4599 Mouthey Rd in French Camp. Per a verbal <br />request by Renaldo Crooks of your office to Brad Parsons of <br />my staff this letter grants authority to San Joaquin to take <br />appropriate action to protect the public health and safety <br />as provided by law under The California Health and Safety <br />Codes, Division 20, Chapters 6.5 & 6.8 and specifically <br />including Section 25359.5. Under this authority you may <br />require the fencing and posting of the property to prevent <br />public access. <br />Any further questions or requests on this matter may be <br />directed to Val Siebal, Chief of Enforcement. <br />James T.
