5 Should adverse water quality conditions occur due to the injection of oxidants, injections shall cease and those wells showing impacts will
be monitored and bulk purged for the injection permit constituents of concern in Suite B as identified during the full-scale, until baseline is
reached, per Finding 3, page 2, paragraph 2 above
2 All concentrations between the Method Detection Limit and the Practical Quantitation Limit shall be reported as an estimated value (J flag).
3 Dissolved metal analyses include Al, As, Ba, Be, Ca, Cd, Cr, Co, Cu, Fe, Hg, Mg, Mn, Mo, Ni, Na, Pb, Sb, TI, V, W, and Zn and are
collected in laboratory-supplied non-preserved container, relinquished to the lab for filtering and preservation prior to analyses.
4 Anions include bromide, bromate, chloride, nitrate, nitrate as N, nitrite as N, and sulfate
FIELD SAMPLING
3. In addition to the above sampling and analysis, groundwater elevation, electrical
conductivity, DO, ORP, pH, and water temperature will be measured in the field each time a
monitoring well is sampled. The sampling and analysis of field parameters is specified in
Table 3.
Field test instruments (such as those used to test pH and dissolved oxygen) may be used
provided that:
The operator is trained in proper use and maintenance of the instruments;
The instruments are calibrated prior to each monitoring event;
