Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE), on your behalf for the above-referenced site.
In the CAP, AGE proposes a scope of work that includes:
Installation and development of nine-shallow screened (10-25 feet bsg) and seven-
intermediate screened (30-50 feet bsg) injection wells;
Monthly Injections of diluted solution of hydrogen peroxide into the proposed wells and
selected existing wells;
Submittal of applicable boring or well installation permits to the EHD and an updated
health and safety plan, with clearly marked proposed boring/well locations and obtaining
a utility clearance;
Reporting the findings from the remedial well installations and submitting quarterly
reports from monthly injection events; revised monitoring and reporting program (MRP)
will be prepared and submitted to CVRWQCB;
Collection of soil samples at 5 feet intervals beginning at 5 feet bsg using a California
modified split-spoon sampler fitted with 2-inch diameter, 6-inch long steel sleeves for soil
for classification and field screen the samples for presence of volatile organic
compounds (VOC) using an organic vapor meter (OVM) with a photo-ionization detector
(PID);
Reporting of field parameters including depth to water in shallow and intermediate
groundwater monitoring wells MW-1A/B, DPE-1, DPE-2, MW-2, MW-3, MW-4, MW-9,
potential (ORP), salinity, turbidity, and dissolved oxygen (DO).
Analysis of groundwater samples for total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPH-g);
benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and total xylenes (UFA), volatile organic compounds
