SITE DESCRIPTION <br />Boulevard Automotive Service is currently owned by Mr. Roger Hartely; formerly Mr. <br />Parker had been a part of the BAS business operations since the mid 1960's and has <br />owned the property since approximately1979. It is AGE's understanding that an <br />automobile repair facility has existed on this property for approximately 55 years (circa <br />1948); two 1,000-gallon gasoline underground storage tanks (USTs) were utilized at the <br />site between the mid 1950's till the date they were removed in 1985. <br />The site consists of one warehouse building structure and an asphalt-paved vehicle <br />storage area; it is presently utilized as an automobile repair facility. <br />2.0. SITE LOCATION <br />The site is located in western Stockton, on the north side of Country Club Boulevard <br />between Franklin Avenue and Delaware Avenue, approximately 1,000 feet east of <br />Interstate Highway 5. The site is in a topographically flat area at an approximate elevation <br />of 5 feet above mean sea level, within the southwest quarter of Section 29, Township 1 <br />North, Range 6 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian.
