EMPLOYEE TRAINING <br />TRAINING PROGRAMS & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE <br />This program & training summary shall cover/support the provisions of potential work that your company has <br />contracted to perform for BNSF or its General Contractor(s), including Competent or Qualified Worker <br />(http://www.osha.gov/sItc/competentperson/index.html) training. <br />Your company is responsible for this determination in compliance with your BNSF contract. <br />Safety Training shall be conducted by/through the Contractor's Company.
