Kennedy/Jenks Consultants <br />Section 1: Introduction <br />This work plan presents a High Resolution Site Characterization (HRSC) subsurface <br />investigation plan for the BNSF Railway Company's (BNSF) Mormon Yard (Site) to evaluate <br />potential sources of diesel in groundwater beneath the Site (location on Figure 1). This work <br />plan was prepared in response to the diesel detections found in groundwater during an initial <br />2015 subsurface investigation reported by Kennedy/Jenks Consultants in Soil Investigation <br />Report BNSF Mormon Yard, Stockton, California.
