As
previously discussed with Water Board staff, MWM-19 is located approximately 400 feet
away from the CLSP-4 location. In addition, the well sampling record for MWM-19 (2005-
2015) characterizes historical groundwater conditions for a fairly extensive period. The
historical water level and water quality data for MWM-19 sampling events are provided in
Appendix A.
Table 1 summarizes current and proposed functions of the wells in the CLSP monitoring
network.
Table 1
Current and Proposed Monitoring Well Functions.
Well ID Current Function Proposed Function
CLSP-1 WQ Compliance WQ Compliance
CLSP-2 Abandoned To be replaced
CLSP-3 WL Compliance WL Compliance
CLSP-4 Abandoned Replace with MWM-19
CLSP-8 WL Compliance WL Compliance
CLSP-9 WL Compliance WL Compliance
CLSP-10 Abandoned To be replaced
CLSP-11 N/A WL Compliance
CLSP-12 N/A WL Compliance
MWM-19 WL Compliance Mossdale WL Compliance Mossdale & CLSP
"WL" is water level. Equipment Decontamination Procedures
On the basis of historic and current land use and existing groundwater monitoring data, no
hazardous constituents are expected at the drilling locations. The following steps therefore
represent the minimum decontamination procedures to be employed before well
installation.
HydroFocus, Inc. 3
