This is a significant improvement since 2006
when low concentrations of VOCs were found in two wells.
Conditions at the site are consistent with recent reports.
We continue to see impact to groundwater inorganic constituents by the wastewater
treatment ponds at the Housing Authority iterant labor housing facility; however, this impact
is apparently attenuated as the water passes under landfill property.
Sanitas software indicates an increasing trend for turbidity and Total Dissolved Solids (TDS)
at MW -2; however, turbidity is low (12.4 NTU) and these parameters appear to be within the
range of previous monitoring data. Reporting a "significant increasing trend" in these
circumstances is an unavoidable feature of the Sanitas software. Encouragingly, an
increasing trend for electrical conductivity (EC) and Chlorides is not reported this semester.
I certify under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am familiar with the
information submitted in this document and all attachments and that, based on my inquiry of
those individuals immediately responsible for obtaining the information, I believe that the
information is true, accurate, and complete.
