RECEIVED <br />SITE HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN <br />1876 Country Club Boulevard <br />Stockton, California <br />EBI Project #641700012I <br />DEC 95 2017 <br />EINVIRONNIENTAL HEALTH <br />DE PA RTM ENT <br />PURPOSE <br />This plan provides health and safety guidelines for site activities to protect on-site personnel and <br />visitors from exposure to TPH, VOCs, PAHs, and metals-impacted soils and/or groundwater. <br />The procedures and guidelines herein are based on the best available information at the time of <br />plan preparation. It is the responsibility of all field team members to evaluate the work <br />conditions of this site and, if in doubt about safety or a particular operation, request assistance <br />from the Site Safety Officer. Compliance with this plan is mandatory for all on-site personnel. <br />It is EBI Consulting, Inc. (EBI) policy to implement and enforce specified safety rules for all EBI <br />field projects. If an unsafe or hazardous condition is observed by the field Site Safety Officer or <br />by the Corporate Health and Safety Manager during a site safety inspection, work activities will <br />be suspended immediately until the situation is corrected and/or the appropriate safety <br />equipment is obtained to complete the work properly.
