This is the well that I brought <br /> in the video on a thumb drive for you to see. According to the video, the casing is perforated from top to about 8', there <br /> is a casing separation and rusted through holes in the casing starting at approximately 35 feet. <br /> Our plan is to mills knife perforate the casing from 8'to 34', pump concrete from the bottom to within 3 feet from the <br /> surface,where we will end at grade with existing concrete pad. <br /> Do we need an inspector on site when we perforate? <br /> Would you please let me know if this plan meets your requirements so I can give the owner the estimate and apply for <br /> the permit. <br /> i <br />
